PL6-S400 Hand Sheet Former

PL6-S400 hand sheet former is a lab equipment using for making hand sheet in size of 400 mm × 400 mm. An efficient water drainage for forming hand sheet is achieved by releasing water from large diameter valve with an assistance of an operation of vacuum pump. An even pulper were formed via either manual stirring or automatic bubble stirring before water drainage down to the screen, leaving an even wet sheet on the wire.  It is appliable for forming super thin, super thick fibers reinforced sheets.
