Principle

A variable-diameter and variable-pitch screw shaft rotates strongly in a filter frame with a small gap, the volume of the slurry gradually decreases, and the pressure inside the machine gradually increases, forcing the liquid to flow out of the filter cartridge through the turbulent fiber layer, and the slurry concentration gradually increases. , By adjusting the back pressure head, a stable slurry plug is formed at the discharge port, so that the discharge concentration can be adjusted and stabilized, and the process and data required by the test can be guaranteed.
